Our Design team comprising of Project Engineers, design engineers and CAD technicians have a combined experience of thirty years in the manufacturing and construction industries and can offer our clients a wide range of services from design proposal development and project costing through to prototype / sample stage and on to product delivery and installation. We provide a dedicate engineer whose field of expertises best suited to the project who in turn has the full support of our design team as required.
As our innovative products are supported by a comprehensive field advisory service which will provide information and assistance to ensure that the right staircase is specified. Our service includes site survey, measurement and recommendations, our findings will then be drawn up by our design department and once signed off by client the drawings will be sent to our in house 10,000 sq feet manufacturing facility for manufacture.
We provide a highly trained skilled team of management supervisors, fitters, coded welders, riggers etc., to oversee all site installations. We also use the most up-to-date cranage, lifting and installation equipment working to the highest safety standards required for all major construction contracts.
All welding is carried out using the most modern computerised and semi-automatic equipment. All welding processes are backed up with procedure qualifications and witnessed by a third party notified body.
